How We Respond

Every form submission lands in a shared inbox monitored by the engineering team that builds and supports the platform — not a sales-development queue and not an outsourced first-line. The first reply comes from the same engineer who will run any technical scoping that follows, so the conversation can move forward in one round-trip rather than three. Most enquiries get a substantive reply within four working hours during European business hours (08:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday). Anything received outside that window is answered by 11:00 CET the next working day at the latest, which is what the one-business-day response commitment above guarantees.
Triage is deliberately simple. Demo requests and trial enquiries are routed to the engineer covering your region — Northern and Western Europe, Southern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, or Sub-Saharan Africa and Oceania — and a calendar link is returned in the first reply with three slots in your timezone. Integration enquiries and technical scoping questions go to the integration engineer who owns the closest existing connector (AEMS, DepotMaster, EOS, IMARS, OVMR, or a custom REST/SFTP path) so the first answer is concrete rather than generic. Support requests from existing customers are handled directly by their named contact at the support address printed inside the application; the public form is for new conversations.
What to expect in the reply: a short answer to the specific question you asked, a calendar link if you requested a demo or trial, and one or two follow-up questions only when the answer genuinely depends on a detail you have not shared. We do not send a templated discovery questionnaire. We do not put new enquiries through a multi-step nurture sequence. If your question is technical and answerable in a paragraph, that is what comes back. If it needs a working session, that is what gets scheduled. Nothing else is added to your inbox unless you specifically ask to be subscribed.
