CONPDS AUTOGATE

How a ConPDS Autogate Deployment Works — From Hardware Validation to Live Operations

A structured, multi-phase process designed to ensure reliable installation, accurate calibration, and stable long-term gate operations. Each phase has defined technical deliverables — no ambiguity about what happens when.

On-site and remote deployment · Structured commissioning with defined milestones

Five Deployment Phases for Automated Gate Commissioning

1
Pre Go-Live
On-site validation
2
Software Deploy
Remote installation
3
Go-Live
On-site supervision
4
Stabilisation
Remote fine-tuning
5
Post Go-Live
Final optimisation

What Happens in Each Commissioning Phase

PHASE 1 · 2–3 DAYS ON-SITE

Pre Go-Live — Hardware Validation

Verify mounting positions and camera geometry after customer installation
Perform camera adjustments and connectivity checks
Document installed components and prepare the Central GPU Server
Prepare the Kiosk Monitoring PC for operation
PHASE 2 · REMOTE

Software Deployment

Remote installation of all ConPDS software components
OCR services, MQTT broker, VMS integration, kiosk workflow application
API connectivity tests with DepotMaster
Functional validation of all camera streams and gate workflows
PHASE 3 · 3–4 DAYS ON-SITE

Go-Live — Supervised First Operations

On-site supervision and training on the agreed go-live date
Demonstrate kiosk monitoring, VMS, and GateOperator tools
Guide operators in resolving booking issues and recognition exceptions
Analyse and correct any issues encountered during first live traffic
PHASE 4 · ONGOING REMOTE

In-Between — Remote Stabilisation

Continuous remote monitoring and OCR/LPR configuration fine-tuning
Review logs and adjust recognition thresholds
Validate behaviour under different traffic, weather, and lighting conditions
Priority support access for resolving acute issues
PHASE 5 · 2 DAYS ON-SITE · 2–3 WEEKS AFTER GO-LIVE

Post Go-Live — Final Performance Optimisation

On-site evaluation of operational performance and operator feedback
Analyse recurring issues and finalise recognition configuration
Verify day/night performance and real-world recognition stability
Confirm the system operates reliably as part of daily terminal workflows
