CONPDS CHECKER

ConPDS Checker Integrations

ConPDS Checker integrations are the connections between Checker's structured photo records and your existing shipping-line M&R systems, depot management systems, and data exports — built and maintained by our team, with new integrations added on request.

Integration Flexibility, Within Real Boundaries

What You Can Expect

Every integration listed on this page is already live in customer operations. New integrations — to a DMS, a shipping line, a leasing company, or a custom on-premise system — are added on request, typically in days or weeks depending on the receiving system.

Shipping lines DMS Exports Custom APIs

The boundary is straightforward: we build and maintain every integration. There is no self-serve integration builder or public plugin marketplace. That keeps integrations reliable at the cost of having to ask us first.

Why This Matters

Depot and service-facility operations rarely run on one system — they run on a DMS, a shipping-line M&R portal, a leasing-company portal, and a handful of exports. Checker is designed to fit into that existing stack, not to replace it.

Shipping Line & Leasing M&R Systems

Structured inspection and repair photos are delivered directly to the shipping-line or leasing-company maintenance and repair system, linked to the container number and repair estimate. No manual export, no separate upload, no documentation lag.

directions_boat

Maersk AEMS

Direct integration with the Maersk AEMS Container Maintenance & Repair APIs — estimates retrieved, photos attached, audit trail logged.

directions_boat

CMA-CGM

Inspection and repair photo distribution connected to CMA-CGM's M&R workflow.

directions_boat

IMARS

Structured photo delivery into IMARS for shipping-line inspection and repair documentation.

directions_boat

MSC OVMR

Container inspection and repair photos routed to MSC OVMR with the correct container and booking reference.

directions_boat

Hapag FIS

Structured documentation connected to Hapag's container M&R information system.

Saeco

Inspection and repair photo records delivered to Saeco with container-linked metadata.

Triton

Leasing-company inspection and lease-return photo distribution into Triton's M&R system.

Your carrier or leasing company not listed? We add new shipping-line and leasing integrations on request — typically within days once the receiving system's API or transfer method is confirmed. See the FAQ below for typical build times, or read the worked example for AEMS.

Depot Management Systems (DMS)

Photos are linked to the container record inside the depot management system — so inspection evidence, repair documentation, and lease-return photos are retrievable from the same interface operations staff already use.

EOS

Live in multi-depot operations — photos linked to the EOS container record, retrievable from the EOS interface, audit-logged on every access.

warehouse

DepotMaster

Integration with DepotMaster for container records, gate events, and inspection documentation.

Custom DMS APIs

On-premise or proprietary DMS? Our team builds the integration to your system's REST API, FTP drop, or SFTP endpoint on request.

Structured Data Exports

For ad-hoc sharing, manual pipelines, and compliance reporting, Checker produces structured exports directly from the web dashboard. Every export is scoped to the user's role and logged in the audit trail.

ZIP — container-linked photo bundles
Excel — structured metadata with timestamps and locations
CSV — tabular data for analytics and manual pipelines
Role-scoped — only photos the user can access
Audit-logged — every export event recorded

Integration Methods

Every integration in the sections above uses one of the following transport methods. Method selection depends on the receiving system's capabilities — we will recommend the right one during the integration scoping call.

REST API — the preferred method for modern DMS and shipping-line systems
FTP — for systems that accept scheduled file drops
SFTP — for systems that require encrypted file transfer
Email — for distribution to customers, shipping lines, and leasing companies without a technical endpoint
Every integration method is built, credentialled, and maintained by our team. You nominate a contact for the receiving system; we handle the rest.

Security, Compliance & Audit Trail

Every integration inherits the same data-handling posture as Checker itself — no exceptions, no per-integration workarounds.

GDPR Compliant 256-bit HTTPS encryption in transit On-device photo encryption from capture Role-based access control Continuous audit trail Configurable retention periods GPS + timestamp preserved through integration
Every API push, file drop, and email distribution is logged in the audit trail — who sent what, to which system, at which time, for which container
Credentials for each receiving system are stored encrypted, rotated on request, and never exposed to end users or support staff
Failed deliveries are retried automatically and surfaced on the dashboard; no inspection data is lost because a downstream system is unavailable
Data retention periods can be configured per customer to align with contractual and regulatory requirements
For a full explanation of the audit-trail architecture, see how container inspection audit trail software works.

Integration Frequently Asked Questions

Can you integrate with my depot management system?
Most likely, yes. ConPDS Checker already integrates with EOS, DepotMaster, Maersk AEMS, CMA-CGM, IMARS, MSC OVMR, Hapag FIS, Saeco, and Triton — and connects to custom APIs via REST, FTP, SFTP, and email. If your system is not already supported, we build the integration on request; most new integrations are scoped in days, not months.
How long does a new integration take to build?
Integrations to already-supported endpoints — REST APIs, FTP/SFTP drops, email distribution — are typically operational within days. A brand-new integration to a previously unsupported system is usually scoped in weeks, depending on the receiving system's API documentation and test environment availability. The ConPDS team builds and maintains the integration; there is no self-serve integration builder.
Does a new integration require our IT team?
For most standard integrations — AEMS, DepotMaster, EOS — no. ConPDS handles the integration build, credential exchange, and test cycle. Your team is involved only to approve test runs and nominate a contact for the receiving system. For custom on-premise integrations, a short IT review is typical but the project is still driven by ConPDS.
What happens to inspection photos if an integration goes offline?
Photos are always captured first and stored in ConPDS regardless of integration status — the integration is a distribution and synchronisation layer, not the primary record. If a receiving system is temporarily unreachable, ConPDS retries the delivery automatically and logs every attempt in the audit trail. No inspection data is lost because a downstream system is down.
Can we export structured data outside the integrations?
Yes. ConPDS Checker provides ZIP, Excel, and CSV exports from the web dashboard for ad-hoc sharing, manual pipelines, and compliance reporting. Exports include container-linked photo bundles (ZIP) and structured metadata (Excel, CSV) with timestamps, locations, user identifiers, and distribution logs.

Worked Example: AEMS Documentation Integration

For a concrete, worked-through example of how a Checker integration operates end-to-end, the AEMS documentation integration covers the full lifecycle — from offline capture on a technician's phone, to automatic estimate retrieval from the Maersk AEMS Container Maintenance & Repair APIs, to attached photo delivery and audit logging. AEMS is one of several shipping-line integrations; the article is useful as a reference for what any full integration looks like in practice. Read the AEMS documentation integration worked example →
